Description

The FN SCAR-16S is a modern modular rifle platform originally developed by FN Herstal for U.S. Special Operations Command and other military users. The “16” designation refers to the rifle’s chambering in 5.56×45mm NATO, and the “S” identifies it as a standard-length carbine variant.

Designed for reliability, adaptability, and ease of maintenance, it features a gas-operated piston system and a modular chassis that can accept optics and accessories suited to a wide range of roles.
