1. Firearms & Ammunition
🚫 All firearm and ammunition sales are FINAL.
- No returns or refunds are accepted for firearms or ammunition once an order is placed.
- This policy complies with federal and state firearm regulations.
2. Tactical Gear & Accessories
Returns are accepted for eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom or special-order products
- Items showing signs of use or damage
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
- We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Fortis Gun Supply is not responsible for lost return shipments

- Firearm orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun
