Description
The Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical SPX is a semi‑automatic 12 gauge shotgun built around Mossberg’s modern gas‑operating system for reliable cycling with both 2¾″ and 3″ loads. The SPX variant enhances the standard 940 Pro with tactical‑oriented features including an integrated heat shield with M‑LOK accessory slots, adjustable synthetic stock, and ghost ring sights that can be removed to allow mounting of a red‑dot optic via the optic‑ready receiver (RMSc footprint). The Accu‑Choke threaded barrel accepts interchangeable choke tubes, and an included cylinder bore choke comes installed from the factory.
