Description

The Smith & Wesson Performance Center® Model 686 Plus is an enhanced .357 Magnum / .38 Special +P revolver built on S&W’s durable L-Frame with a 7-round cylinder and tuned by the Performance Center for competition and precision shooting. It features a vented rib barrel, Interchangeable front sight (orange included), adjustable rear sight, Performance Center-tuned action, and other ergonomic enhancements like a Speed Release thumbpiece and custom chrome controls. The “Plus” designation denotes the 7-shot capacity and a cylinder cut for moon clips compared with the standard 686.
